You will have access to the main home and extensive garden. The interior has been put together with families in mind. You enter into a large open plan area with a Lounge; TV area; Reading corner; Puzzle space & Dining room. This moves into a main kitchen area with gas/electric stove and just about every kitchen necessity and appliance. There is also an eating place in the kitchen, ideal for kids or quick breakfasts. Behind the kitchen is a pantry & scullery area with dishwasher; washing machine & tumble dryer. Overlooking the vast view is a built in braai/BBQ. The entire home has ceiling fans to help cool things down in the tropical summers. We have a selection of Games, puzzles & toys to suit all ages.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom with the main bedroom en-suite. All have showers and one has a bath. All bedrooms have sea views. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the other 2 rooms can be either 2 singles or 1 king bed. There are extra bed facilities for babies (camp cot) & small children (stretchers) and there is a single sleeper bed in the TV area of the lounge.

Our extensive garden is fully grassed with lovely climbing tree’s for kids and Flora & Fauna that attract a wide variety of indigenous birdlife. Although there is not a formal outdoor dining area there is a wide grassed strip next to the outdoor braai/BBQ that accommodates outdoor dining furniture (provided). There is also a portable kettle braai/BBQ that can be used in other areas of the garden as the wind & weather allows.

A secure double garage is available for parking & more cars can be accommodated in the driveway—all within a fully fenced garden. In the garage are washing lines and an extra chest freezer. There is some beach gear available for your use (Beach Towels, Umbrella, Buckets & Spades). An outside tap provides a rinse off place after the beach, and a basin for rinsing sand from gear & costumes.

• Although the area can have utility supply issues we are well equipped with back-up solutions to provide water for all uses automatically. We also have hot water supply through a solar geyser. 

• South Africa does experience periodic 'load shedding' of electricity. But our home is equipped with a gas stove & Braai/BBQ facilities for cooking and rechargeable globes, candles & paraffin lamps for light during an outage.

• Internet connection is through Cell data WiFi from MTN and gets fast signal. There is a 'Smart TV' for your use to stream various channels.
